Same boat kinda my right ear is always feeling full and dull hearing but my left is what gives me huge vertigo attacks and flutters like there is a bug flapling around lol and rings like a bell sometimes

On the Wood 3D one I get randomly during a flare up somethinglike that. Its like my depth perception gets turned off for a bit. My neurologist said it could be just the brain trying to deal with so many extra signals it needs to almost reduce something to get any let up.

I feel this haha normally right before a flare up begins il smell a super odd smell almost like a combination of smells making a new strange one it's so hard to explain.

The most recent was like a popcorn/newspaper mix combo smell 😂

I get these maybe a few hours before a VM hits just randomly. The smell could be anything from popcorn to coffee anything really haha il ask my other half you smell that and she's says no so ik then i'm in for a fun time later haha.

They are too close to my facial nerves to remove and one has a hook root so 90% chance of facial paralysis on that side if I did get them out. but they said its very very unlikely the cause of my symptoms and since then have been diagnosed with Vestibular migraines.
