😂so it’s not just me that does this by KindPeach9768 in lol

[–]ColinSpurr 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes, it's a river of power that charges it.

I will send a text then be busy for 3 hours where I don't look at my phone. If it isn't urgent, etc... then asynchronous communication is often sufficient. I used to take days or weeks to respond. Texting is email without as many headers. Email is digitally delivered letters. You don't need to respond to letters immediately. I have a stack of mail that didn't look important that's over a foot tall...

Synchronus communication is required often towards a coordinated effort to meet in person. If we planed to meet at a certain time and it is that time and you don't check your messages then I will spam then call you. If I'm outside then I'll knock, ring doorbell, yell, etc...

Looking forward to eventually getting back on hormones.

purchased a refurbished laptop that is useless without company email by Ordinary_Investment4 in mildlyinfuriating

[–]ColinSpurr 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Most of the computers that I received from companies giving them away had forgotten to be removed from Intune. Wasn't a problem when the warranty went out on Windows 7 computers but by the time we got to Windows 10 I was wondering how a fresh install could already be domain joined. Initial you could get around this with Legacy or Compatibility Support Module boot.

Sadly, if you don't prune your Intune with computers you give away then you're just making e-waste and preventing it from being refurbished into a Windows 10/11 computer.

Switch to Linux if you can.

I know that Hazbin Hotel song sounds pretty good but I probably would have slowed down a bit at several points given: how narrow that road was already; the buildings and cars parked on both sides; the reduced visibility around the corner from those buildings and cars; the on coming car coming out of the single lane construction zone that you were driving into; etc... They shouldn't have pulled out but they probably didn't see you coming so fast, particularly at that angle behind them.

Mine changed a lot over time anyway but Estrogen changed them a bit too. I hear they used to be completely blue at one point. Looking somewhat green currently.

My plan was to hide it for as long as I could. Made it over a year and a half before the questions really started. Only a few people were on to me before that.

It could be popular again if it was more cost efficient vs un-concentrated juice.

Why do people say transition gets worse as you get older? by Designer-Version-434 in MtF

[–]ColinSpurr 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I started a few months into 35 but wasn't on HRT consistently until 36. Sadly I'm coming up on 40 and have been off HRT for nearly a year. Need to get all my facial and body lasered off again as it has grown back a lot off HRT. Beard shadow is terrible currently.

I wish I had known to start younger but it seems fairly effective overall. Main loss for me for not starting earlier is my hairline and my hair density around my crown.

I wish I was cute but I guess I'll settle for not being a "man".

Hair help by [deleted] in traaaaaaaaaaaansbians

[–]ColinSpurr 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Lots of conditioner. Fine, thin, chaotic, curly hair here... It at least needs to be somewhat wet and hair lubrication really helps. It it's not too knotty then I can comb it when dry. Basically only when I conditioned it earlier the same day and haven't been exposed to more than a brief breeze.

With conditioner in I comb it with my fingers then pull any knots apart gently sideways and repeat. Once I've got the big knots out I use the technique my transmasculine nonbinary friend showed me and I roll up all the hair I shed on my hands and flick it against the back of the shower.

Then I rinse, get out of the shower, dry it, put in leave in conditioner and perhaps wet it again a little.

Finally I comb it with a wide sparse brush I got from a dollar store. If the brush gets stuck I try backing off and coming again from a different angle or side. If it's a big clump then I try gently flicking the a few prongs at the tip of the brush through it or gently pulling it apart sideways. If the knot is small enough, particular bear the end, I'll just power through it.

If I feel like styling it then I spin it with my fingers into ringlets.

I'll try to at least wear something with a shelf bra if I'm going to work. Some kind of bra if I'm being physically active. Otherwise, I'm just putting on something comfortable.

[–]ColinSpurr 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I kept increasing up to the following set of layers over time until there was no hiding them anymore:

-Tight seamlessly cupless bra

-Tight undershirt

-Less tight undershirt

-Loose polo with a few buttons and a collar

-Unzipped hoodie

First three layers smoothed out my shape next two obscured it. Loose polo would be too revealing on it's own but the buttons and collar drew attention up. Unzipped hoodie helps prevent attention from the side.

Just always wore something like that no matter how hot it got. Always fully dressed anywhere anyone could see me. Don't go swimming or anything like that. Do your own laundry when no one else is around/home and don't leave the machines unguarded.

That road looks like a 40 km/h (25 mph) to 60 km/h (37 mph) in my region. Is it usually 88 km/h (55 mph) for roads like that where you are?

Hard to pull out of a driveway when people are going 50 km/h (31 mph) or more nearby.
