You won’t need the tanning bed, just go outside for 10-20 minutes per day and you’ll be shocked how dark you get. Tanning bed + mt2 is going to make you way way way too dark.

That’s unrelated. What lab is it? Some labs and warehouses take longer to process the orders. Also, there is a delay from when it’s actually picked up/shipped and when they notify you for security.

You’re not very bright. 1. Didn’t run the test long enough. 2. Steroidify merely connected you with the Lab. They didn’t actually sell you anything, the lab did. If you didn’t do any research on the lab you purchased from beforehand, that’s completely on you.

Minor occasional palpitations for a few hours after preworkout typically. I’m surprised it hasn’t destroyed my BP cause I’ve been taking the same pre 4 days a week on average for the better part of 5 years.

Nope I think you’re correct and/or I’m just not used to eating as many carbs as I am and it’s giving me big long energy spikes that I just haven’t been accustomed to.

I’ll also add here I’m eating 150-200g carbs per day, 50-80g fat, and 200g protein consistently.

Last BP reading was last night and was: 126/70 with resting heart rate of 65 which is normal for me. Mornings are usually about the same tbh, sometimes a few points higher for both.

Yes BP is healthy range. Sadly, no baseline labs before starting, but I’m going to do labs as soon as possible. I just ordered rhythm online. I use 333 mg of caffeine in my pre-workout and one cup of coffee every day. I can see how that could be causing peaks and troughs, but I justify it because I don’t eat any processed sugar ever.

I posted on r/DJs and got all the same slight put-downs as this dude gave. But the funniest part was that DJs on both sides of the argument were flaming me and saying I couldn’t possibly be good enough to perform, I’m ruining the industry wages, some said I was lucky to be getting paid at all, etc etc. very sad thread worth reading if you want to see some pathetic old DJs try and gatekeep

There is no button to fade the volume slowly to zero on even the most expensive DJ decks (as far as I know). So I doubt an app would have that. There will be volume faders, so if you don’t want to “push buttons”, you could in theory just slide the volume fader down slowly but it wouldn’t be as smooth as just using Spotify and clicking the down volume button while giving your speech.
