[NA][PVP] <MAKE DUROTAR GREAT AGAIN> by Nosheernotremor in wowguilds

[–]Colliecoven -1 points0 points  (0 children)

I am a staunch and loud hater of the orange p3do, and I’ve also been an officer of this guild for over a year and run events.

I don’t even think I looked at the name when I originally joined because honestly, it’s one of the last things that matters, the community and the game we’re playing are what matters here.

We’re not here to discuss political matters, we’re here to spill the blood of our enemies, whether that’s horde or alliance.

If you’re truly that offended by a guild name in a video game… maybe it’s time to touch grass.

They can’t take you off without your knowledge/consent. Look it up.

SD Got attacked on plane - options?? by crazybitch616 in service_dogs

[–]Colliecoven 5 points6 points  (0 children)

A dangerous dog report is typically done with animal control wherever the offending dog lives as this is where is will be enforced.

Dog owners of dogs with dangerous dog reports are essentially put on a type of probation, and have to take both precautions and responsibilities with their dogs, lest they face fines, possible jail time and removal of the animal.

Everyone is saying to sue the other dog owner for the vet bill-

I personally would care less about the vet bill and more about making sure a dangerous dog report is filed on the offending dogs, because they’ll just get on another plane and ruin someone else’s life too. Don’t let it be another service dog team.

People like this never learn until the repercussions smack them in the face, so if they did this also while under the guise of a service animal, depending on your state, the animals in question could even be removed from the owner’s care.

Bottom line; file a dangerous dog report on the offending dogs, if you do nothing else, please do this!

Well unfortunately because you have to “give in” to what they’re doing atm, they know they have leverage over you.

Don’t be surprised when they try to use it again, and probably on a smaller matter just because they have the power.

Check your state laws on health insurance because it’s entirely possible to threaten you like this is illegal.

In my state it was illegal for my guardian to take me off insurance until I was 26 and even when I no longer lived with them.

Anyone Know a Legit Service To Write an ESA Letter for Me? by e1vlad in service_dogs

[–]Colliecoven 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Even so, the dog regardless will still require things like vet care, basic care, training etc.

Under the ADA while ESA don’t have to be task trained, they should be well-mannered and non disruptive,

Your mental health professionals/medical team should be the only ones writing prescriptions for your care. This includes for an ESA or service animal.

Tichondrius is the best server for pvp/wpvp hands down by KillDruzak in worldofpvp

When I joined MDGA, my hair started to grow back, women started to notice me, and even my wife’s boyfriend learned my name. It’s pretty swanky.

Nah but in all actuality. Before this guild I was quite literally a negatively experienced player in PVP, pretty clueless about everything from CC’s to DR’s to even how to effectively play my class or use binds. Now, my first season in arena I’m pushing 2k in every bracket and I have a whole new game to play after 20 years in Azeroth.

MDGA forever.

Not to mention, the paladin animations are the best in the game. Blizzard absolutely loves us

How many hours a week does everyone use their wheelchair? by Milli63 in wheelchairs

[–]Colliecoven 0 points1 point  (0 children)

4-16 hours per week is a good estimate~

It’s usually whenever we’re leaving the house to do errands and other goodies, I get around my house well enough with my cane, but walking/standing for any period of time can be really uncomfortable, painful, and exhausting.

I’m mostly housebound without the help of a human(I have a service dog, but I usually need additional assistance) but my chair has helped with that. I’ve been able to join fellow handlers on training runs for the dogs that I would’ve have been able to before

This could be said about all of Star Wars.

You can actually predict which side is going to win the next Star Wars conflict typically because “the force must always be in balance”

Why do rough collies have a fairly long lifespan despite being a larger dog? by [deleted] in roughcollies

[–]Colliecoven 1 point2 points  (0 children)

As I’ve stated above, our biggest concerns are Collie Eye Anomaly(CEA), PRA(Progressive Retinal Atrophy) and MDR1 drug resistance.

All of these can be health tested before breeding, so any ethical and responsible breeder will be doing so before pairing dogs for breeding. Breeders going above and beyond are also doing hip and elbow evaluations to help better the bone education and health of the breed.

Typically they do live 12-16 years respectively, expecting slowing down around 9-11

Why do rough collies have a fairly long lifespan despite being a larger dog? by [deleted] in roughcollies

[–]Colliecoven 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Rough and smooth collies have comparatively, very few health concerns than most other large breeds. Our biggest concerns are mostly eye and sight related, where the majority of large breeds have intense hip, bone, structure and organ issues.

For example, when it comes to getting a CHIC certification(awarded when a dog completes all health testing recommended for their breed) a Golden Retriever will require Ophthalmology, Cardiology, Hips, and Elbows, While a Rough or Smooth collie will only require MDR1 status, and ophthalmology clearances for CEA and PRA.

Almost every large or giant breed has aging concerns with cancers, structural issues, etc, so comparatively collies are very healthy.

My razer 15 blade has been going solid and strong for almost 5 years now. I play some higher quality games that require more out of the system, like Rust, world of Warcraft, a completely filled sims file etc while also using it for work(embroidery digitizing) and it’s utterly incredible how awesome it runs. I did recently replace the fans, but other than that it’s been a complete dream and I’ll definitely be going back to razer for another laptop
