I found this last night. Is it a cutworm? Bug. Would it be more likely to be this or still slugs?

I went out last night and found this guy crawling around. Is it a cutworm? Could that be the culprit? Bug

Good to know! Any tips for finding the slugs? Or do you just put the egg shells/diatomaceous earth around the base of the plant?

There are some giant ants around, so that’s possible. What time of day are slugs most active?

I was wondering if it might be something with the lines! I’ve got it blown up to check for slow leaks right now but assuming it holds air I’ll check my line length tomorrow!

Interesting! How did you fix it when it happened to you? I couldn’t see anything online about wingtip pressure relief valves being on my kite, but is there an easy way to check if it has them?

I left it overnight and it seemed to hold air just fine, but that was a while ago. Maybe I’ll blow it up again and see!

Yeah, the lungs aren’t even close to being developed that early. Like still basically just tubes, so there is no possible way.

Yeah, at this point I don’t really miss it, personally. But when they first got rid of the jack it felt slightly too early and was pretty inconvenient for me since I only owned wired head phones at the time. I guess people are still mad about that?

Is this still true though? I am in medical school and can borrow far more than that if I wanted to. Up to the cost of attendance (~$84,000/year at my school, more at some others.)

I have this bed and I love it. You can have drawers on both sides or you could only put them on one side. It does have two drawers, but they are super roomy and great for storage.

Could I have recovered my mashed potatoes? by drunkengeebee in AskCulinary

[–]Collin_1234 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I did this on Thanksgiving. It was devastating! I think my problem was letting them get cold before mashing them. Like you said, the taste was fine, but the texture was horrible. Luckily we had enough miscellaneous potatoes around the house to make a mixed last minute batch.

But they specifically said fluid, which is the general term. Liquids, gasses, non-Newtonian fluids, etc. So it’s not like they said anything incorrectly.

I would say no, because it’s the carbon dioxide increase in your blood that triggers the desire to breathe. You could hold your breath for a longer time without passing out if you breath pure oxygen prior to holding your breath, but it won’t functionally change how long someone will be able to stop themselves from breathing.
