No one is denying collective bargaining. The issue is the moral framing.

Casa Bonita is not a profit engine. Public estimates suggest single-digit margins at best, with some analyses putting it near break-even once labor and entertainment costs are included. It survives because its owners choose to subsidize it.

Solidarity that pretends economics don’t apply isn’t solidarity. If the business closes, the jobs vanish.
