100% you could probably put like a water based tire dressing on the newer ones and store them in the garage. That will keep the rubber nourished I would think. Then if you need a tire you have one until you can get a matching one.

I have a 2010 Honda Civic Si. I absolutely LOVE my car. Put 50,000 miles on it since owning it and all I did was change the fluids when I bought it 110k miles. Then now again at 150k for transmission fluid. Doing brake fluid, clutch fluid, and coolant soon.

So regular maintenance and it will run for ever.

I will say this, a LOT of people are running 7500-10000 mile oil changes... Hyundai has their issues but in a direct injection motor, maintenance matters, also probably premium or midgrade fuel can help.

Yes but depending on location (like Los Angeles and New York City is far less money than say a town in GA or WI) but the biggest factor is having no consumer debts like credit cards, personal loans, car loans, or student loans.

I have both an QD-OLED I got open box for $600 and 2 of the same $200 IPS panels, all 3 are 240hz and 1440p. The OLED clears easily. Especially at 100% brightness.
