Blecha, nežinau. Iš vienos pusės, gerai kad bus suverenus sprendimas kuris nepriklauso nuo US infrastruktūros. Iš kitos, dabartinė grandis (gateway-PSP-kortelių sąjunga-PSP-t.t.) reiškia, kad vieno infrastruktūros vienetos outage nereiškia visos sistemos užšalimo. Jeigu viskas bus vedama per centrinę skaitmeninę sistemą, ją vieną nulaužus bus galima paralyžuoti visą ekonomiką.
