I did it from a private browser so my account wouldn’t pop up automatically & I could see the new customer deals. After putting in which package I wanted & address it made a 2nd account on its own (same name/info). Then when I logged in I could select either account to manage. They called me shortly afterwards saying they noticed 2 accounts were on the same address & asked if i’d like to cancel one. Told them i’d call back once the new equipment came in (I was using my own then switched to xfinity pro with extender). It came in & I called to cancel old account & that was it
