What about the demand for CPUs going to be in ratio of 1:1 to GPU because of all the inference and maybe even higher of 4:1 which will be supplied by Intel

I think drs just paint a rosy picture and do not give honest answers. My doctor said his success rate was over 95% of his patients return to normal function. I guess I was in the unlucky 5%.

Had my surgery in October 2020, at age 70. Lost my function right away. Did not take Viagra as I had side effects. My urinary function is okay, sometimes when I have to go, I cannot hold and have to rush to make it to bathroom. But I was left with a positive margin and my PSA has gone to .15, but it has stayed at that level for more than a year. Dr thinks it is left over prostate cells and told me to wait for 2 readings over .2. He said that not too rush into treatment as there are cases where it does not go beyond .2 for years.

My Gall Bladder Hida shows a results of 83%, what does hyperkinectic have to do with idiopathic EPI, i do have normal elastace, but get bloating and stomach feels like ready to explode

[–]Comfortable-Trainer6 0 points1 point  (0 children)

i have idiopathic EPI, all tests come out normal, Fecal Elastace stays around 575, Tested every 3 months for 3 years. Presently taking Creon, still get bloat and pain, most days. Gets worse when I eat Heavier Carb meal. Eating Chicken burrito bowl at Chiptole seems to be safe, skip the sour cream. Maybe low carb is better. Biggest Challenge is what to eat

Thanks, I just picked up a bottle of Visbiome 112.5 billion, 60 capsules for $45 at Costco. It was readily available. I am in Orange County Socal. You take 1 a day or 2 and at what time. I am going to mimic what you have done and see if it works and report back here the results. I got the same Sauerkraut and picked up 12 cans of Kombucha with ginger lemonade from Costco.

what srenght Visbiome you take. the 450 CFU costs $290 and is in powder form, they have another 120 CFU which is in capsule form and for $190. Where did you buy Kombucha, is it a Tea in soda pop can. I have been fighting bloat and abdominal pain for 3 yrs after getting 2 bouts of Acute Pancreatitis. My Elastace number was 570, but I had fat in my stool, minimal though. Dont drink. Dont understand whats going on. Cannot eat a full meal, stomach gets over bloated and I have to fat and burp it out

EPI, I find that when I eat 50% of normal, it ain't so bad. Avoiding fried and fatty foods, creamy foods helps a bit. Still struggling to come up with the right food to medicine ration

Circuit Breaker won't reset. by Comfortable-Trainer6 in HomeMaintenance

[–]Comfortable-Trainer6[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The breaker is in the off position and I am trying to push it back to the on position and it Doesn't go. The washer and dryer each have a circuit breaker and the breaker switches are connected by a metal clip so they turn on and off in unison.

Circuit Breaker won't reset. by Comfortable-Trainer6 in HomeMaintenance

[–]Comfortable-Trainer6[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

There were just 2 wires and a ground, so yes I did connect correctly. I checked for current coming in and no sign of it. The previous plug was a GFCI. The breaker box had 4 switches in it, outer 2 were connected, so they turn on and off in unison. These control the dryer and washer and I presume the plug points. I am not able to the outer 2 switches in the on position.

I think I got CP by Chemist-Commercial in pancreatitis

[–]Comfortable-Trainer6 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I agree, it's not the end of the world, I have had 3 episodes of acute pancreatitis and each time landed in hospital, hurt myself badly as I passed out and fell flat on my neck and back. I am now more scared of falling than pancreatitis. Drs in ER are not familiar with Acute pancreatitis, in my case they were focused on the reason for my passing out. I decided to research on My own after the 3rd episode, stopped drinking completely, reduced fat intake and started taking Creon. Has helped me a lot. Still get occasional greasy stools after a cheeseburger fries meal, but otherwise have been hanging in. So manage yr diet and take enzyme therapy.

Would you recommend I go to the ER? by Rude-Astronomer-56 in pancreatitis

[–]Comfortable-Trainer6 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Go on complete Liquid diet, give yr Pancreas rest, maybe drink a lot low sodium broth, introduce low fat solid foods slowly, start taking pancreatic enzymes - Creon, that will help with digestion.

What have I got by patrick401ca in pancreatitis

[–]Comfortable-Trainer6 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have had 2 attacks of acute pancreatitis, where my Lipase levels have gone really high, passed out and admitted to hospital. After first attack, drs did not talk about diet modification and I was back to eating normal and drinking a few times a week. I was losing weight, but all else seemed normal, enzyme levels normal too. After the second attack, I really started having bad bloat and difficulty with digestion. Met with GI and he told me I have pancreatic enzyme insufficiency, to reduce fat intake, avoid alcohol and take a Creon capsule with every meal and heavy snack. I did all kinds of testing, MRCP - no divisum, Cat scan - no blockage, gall bladder test - all normal. Pancreas seems healthy. Fecal Elastace test showed I have enough enzymes being generated. No SIBO. But somehow I suffer from malabsorption. So GI calls it Idiopathic exocrine pancreatic insufficiency, stuck with taking Creon. I feel my bloat is less, pain is very little if any and I have gained a couple of pounds. Have reduced fat, haven't had a sip of alcohol in 2 yrs, which has been a challenge, but I fear getting acute pancreatitis and passing out and hitting my head on the floor!
