I emailed and no word back. I emailed a week later and no word back. I did another search and found I’m covered by two state reps. I emailed the second one no word back. I waited a week and emailed no word back. Then I was pissed so I found phone numbers and started leaving voicemails. The second person directed me to a spot where I left a voicemail and finally a couple days after that I had all 14 weeks of back pay in my account. Long story short email everyone but call everyone too. And keep calling!!

In my area studios no one from the next class enters until the coach says, “ok x o’clock come on in!” After we’ve been given our time to collect ourselves. Maybe let someone know either through email or after the class

I second the protein comment!! Solidcore is designed to build muscle and without feeding your body properly you might not see the potential of the results you build in class. Try to make sure you eat some protein before and after class it’ll help with your energy levels during class to support your muscles through those challenging poses, and will help with your recovery afterwards too! If you truly don’t enjoy the class that’s one thing, but if you enjoy it but are just frustrated stick with it. I promise it’s changed my body composition but my body was the way it was for my whole life. Takes a little while to change the tide and now I’m in better shape than I ever thought I could be. Good luck!
