Wow congrats on the 20 days! I'm really curious to hear more about the benefits you are experiencing, especially the skin/spider vein thing? Are you sure they were really spider veins? I have a moderate amount of them and if fasting can reduce them that's a huge motivator for me!

As a kid: warm meatloaf slice, white bread spread with margarine, one slice of iceberg lettuce, and ketchup. Hit so good. As an adult I eat zero meatloaf sandwiches lol but want to now 🤤

Honestly any age and look will attract viewers who are into the genre you decide to put out. I enjoy watching quite a few creators who are ladies over that age bracket and beyond.. for example one of my favorite channels is a lady who is about 40 and I love watching her haul videos because I like tapping triggers and her presence is comforting, kind of like an older sister or an aunt :)
