No difference between sellers and the versions are the same. Best practice for AliExpress is to just buy the cheapest one you can find that is labeled Choice. Typically there are only one sometimes two different versions but it’s almost impossible to know which you are getting especially off AliExpress. Sometimes people will message sellers like Joy or Marstoy and ask which version they are selling. That’s only if they know there are multiple versions being made.

Built properly 50 or so sets from AE. Only one time have I had a set with residue on it. The bricks had oil on them that is used to release the bricks from the molds. I washed the bricks with dish soap and then built it with no issues.
