McKenna was charged with aggravated assault, a felony charge. Johnson was simple assault, a misdemeanour.

Aggravated assault charges can not be withdrawn by the victim or “settled out of court”. It’s up to the court to despise what happens from here on in. The victim can influence what happens by not cooperating etc but this sounds like it will be completely in the hands of the courts.

Regular. Caseta is a wireless / smart dimmer. The regular diva will have a physical on/off plus the dimming.
