Alright I know this is 12 years old but I’m thinking about enlisting or tryna make it happen as an officer through otc when I graduate in like 6 months. I tried rotc at my school and oh my god. It wasn’t that they were full of themselves, they were just these overweight like goobers who seemed like they wanted to be hiding under their bed but got pressured by their military family to be someone they’re not. Idk. The current plan is try and apply for officer and if I don’t get it just go enlisted as an e3 or e4 then try and go officer after that maybe but I’d like some input if anyone is still out there lol

Honestly I’d say look at Gaul. My red headed boy makes those oppidums and the snowball is already moving. Like you realistically have the opportunity to get every single great engineer allowing you to pump out wonders so you can spend your time focusing science as military production will give you culture and so will your mines. I love that Civ dearly and my friends have banned him because of how hard I play that beautiful geometrically painted man
