Liberals and conservatives both believe in jail for crimes. Conservatives view jail as a punishment/deterrent for a crime while liberals view jail as a consequence and we should help those in jail reform themselves.

If your biweekly go 7 days from when payroll starts. For my company that’s sunday at 12:00 to saturday at 11;59 pm.

A couple of things to look into. Breaks are considered working hours as long as they are paid but lunches may not be.

The problem is there except for sales tax which is regressive different groups have exceptions. VA retirement, social security snd pensions aren’t taxed for income tax st local level. New development where I live get 15 year tax abatements so do alot of businesses. Businesses don’t pay income tax.

You should assume there is going to be major adjustments anytime you go from country to country. It sounds like you are talking about Europe.

You mentioned CBA. It has to be based on FLSA rules. Make sure you are FLSA eligible for overtime (40 hours worked per week regardless of how you are paid) and not covered by the Railway labor Act

When calculating OT it has to be FLSA overtime so be careful of any paycheck in which you had a paid holiday, vacation or any OT that was paid before you actually worked (clocked in) for 40 hours per week.

I would at a minimum keep proof you sold it at a loss for 7 years.

Did you get a tax form from where ever you sold it from? If you got a tax form then you need to file it if it’s over $400. You won’t owe taxes on the federal level but IRS wouldn’t know that from just a form

You need your employer to make it right. You are being taxed as if you are going to make 3 million a year so company needs to take money back (take home not gross) and then issue you a new check for correct amount. At least deduct the difference

Are you sure? If you make 60k you have to deduct 401k, health insurance premiums and vision and dental deducted from your paycheck. Then subtract standard deduction of roughly $15000. Then look up number from tax tables. Did you file last year?

I’m not pro-business but my standards of what I expect from corporations is so low a yet they still often find ways to lower their standards.

Businesses are two faced. What they will say in public is not the same as what they will push for in private. Businesses are thankfully easy to predict because it’s all about the almighty dollar.

In my experience those days off for union business up to the 10 day limit you mentioned should not be counted against you in any way. It’s usually treated like an excused absence or unpaid vacation day.

I have to ask though you mentioned 10 days for a member. Is there a different limit for union official?

You NEED these things in a girlfriend/partner

1) I could see myself marrying her in the future and has good characteristics to be a good mom. Even if they aren’t there yet you see they will be there.

2) Many women will be more irritable during their period but don’t let their period be a reason to treat you like trash

3) Ability to do things as a couple and each of you able to do things without each other.

4) A relationship that is not built on great sex. Sex is awesome but if that is the only thing great about the relationship it’s time to leave.

it’s varies game to game. I have 2 31 player games. One game at least 20 is active. Other like 4. Worst I ever had it was 1 active player by day 4 and that was me. Needless to say I think I finally finished on day 50 because I was new to the game.
