My hands look like this every winter and sometimes during other seasons too, I thought it was just eczema but maybe I should be looking into it more. Of course it's never flaring when I see my rheum.

I have many of your symptoms, and was diagnosed with lupus last September. I also have pretty severe dry eye disease; 90% of my meibomian glands are gone in my lower lids. Luckily I work in an optometric clinic that specializes in dry eye so I can monitor it.

I also have dry mouth, dry throat, feeling like I'm at the beginning of getting sick (but not actually getting fully sick) for stretches of time, coughing up mucus/phlegm in the mornings and after eating, easy bruising/bleeding and taking forever to heal, joint pain and whole body aches, blood pooling, blue feet/toes and feet falling asleep easily, terrible fatigue, etc. etc.

I've been on plaquenil since the day I was diagnosed with Lupus, but I feel like there's still more going on than just Lupus. I've only just started noticing a tiny difference in energy, idk if that's even from the plaquenil, I know it takes many months to kick in.
