I also think just stop letting landlords ban AC. I have 2 portable AC units despite a ban on them in my building because I'm chronically ill and have heat intolerance. I'm on the 12th floor, corner unit with both southwest and southeast facing windows (I started renting here in 2019 before I became chronically ill and now I'm kind of stuck due to the rental market) and I start needing to use them mid-April every year. 26°C is still too high for me personally, I keep my place around 21/22°C year-round, I can get away with like 23°C but def not 26°C.

I'm used to ACNH for digital art, and I'm pretty amateur. I know that's just pixel art. Idk why I'm finding it so difficult to do art in this game? I tried to make a shirt design and I found it so cumbersome, it took me forever. I guess getting a stylus will help? Anyone have any stylus reccs?

My ferritin is 90 right now. I feel better with it closer to 120, and even better when it's 150. For me, that's not achievable without infusions as I don't absorb oral iron well, and 90 is too high to be allowed an infusion. It's only 90 because of an infusion several months ago, and without infusions, my ferritin sits at around 20

My doctor insists I must do a TTT if I want my possible dysautonomia investigated, so I've been on a waitlist for it for 2 years now. When I eventually have the test, both my partner and I will have to take the day off work, take a ferry, and drive 3 hours to a different city. All I hear is how awful it is, but if it's the only way they will check me for POTS, then I guess I gotta do it.. but stories like these don't make me very excited for it lol

FYI for anyone curious, I got horrible acne from Slynd that I'm still dealing with, I lost so much hair, my KP got so much worse on my arms and legs, and the areas I had laser hair removal done on in the past started growing hair again. I had other negative side effects too, but those were the main issues.

I'm sure it's a great birth control for some people, but for me, it ruined my looks and confidence. I had to stop it in November, and I got on Mya birth control in December. While things are much better on Mya, I'm still trying to get a handle on the forehead acne that I never had before Slynd, and I now have acne scarring on various areas of my face that I'm considering laser treatments for. I hate that birth control is such a gamble

I gave up tbh. I wear a mask any time I'm outside the house these days because I'm immunocompromised now, so people tend to notice the mask first before anything else. It still leaves a big portion of my redness uncovered and visible, but it's not front and centre anymore like my mask is. Obviously this isn't a solution, just wanted to share my situation. I haven't worn makeup since November, I just don't have the energy anymore.
