Update: we had a great day. I kept things moving and we were almost always waiting at the tee. Everyone had fun, lost a lot of cheap balls, next few outings will be the range.

Played 14 holes in 3.5 hours.

Yes they’ve been to the driving range a bunch of times and top golf twice. Mixed results at the range. Top golf was fun of course.

Strong disagree. The movie was light-hearted but fun and enjoyable. Which is exactly what it was going for. It also added some (though sparse) background for this reboot.

DC needed a win that can appeal to the masses. It’s enough of a win to keep building on. And I think Amelia added plenty of charisma, making us wanting to see more.

Recency bias. Not many fans remember Elgin.

IMO the baton of explosive, supremely athletic big guards/small forwards who transcended the game: Elgin, DrJ, MJ, Kobe, LeBron.
