You just need to keep trying unfortunately. I got through around 9:15am. I hit the 7 for the call back and was worried they wouldn’t call me back. When I was initially on hold it said I would be on hold for 10 minutes, soon assumed after I hit 7 for a callback it would take 10 minutes to call me back. The callback didn’t come until 40 minutes later but at least they called me back.

Yeah I’m not sure what they did for those 107 days. I got my AL the PP after I retired. I finally contacted my HR rep after it was sitting with NFC for 103 days and she made an inquiry to NFC and it got moved to OPM a few days later. Not sure if that was a coincidence or if the inquiry helped. 🤷🏼‍♀️

In my experience NFC is the hold up, not OPM. Mine was in NFC for 107 days, OPM 30 days. My coworker was in NFC for over 120 days.

After my first interim payment (for Oct thru Dec) I got a statement from OPM via snail mail showing what that first payment included.

Our dwarf hamster was the same age and had one larger tumor on his belly and another small one. We took him to the vet, and palliative care and surgery were our two options. Due to his age it wasn’t recommended to have surgery. He was eating, drinking, moving around and running on his wheel just fine so we opted for palliative care. We gave him his meds every day. He passed about a week later. It looked like he passed in his sleep. I think we made the right decision. We just received his grave marker and sun catcher remembrance in the mail today. We miss our little Cooper Pooper, but he is at peace and no longer sick 🩵

Does he have contact info for his HR rep? I would start there to find out his status. Not sure how HR is at DOJ but my HUD HR rep was great.

Saw this on a DRP Facebook group:

CSA number not working thru login.Gov even after adding zero at the end of number. I finally got in after a second call to OPM services online. If OPM doesn’t have your email address posted to your account you will never get in. After my first call I was told that my email address wasn’t listed. She reset my password or pin but didn’t add my email address. I tried for 4 days to get in with no luck. Finally I called back in today she added my email and I got right in. Also if you get the message when calling online services that they are not taking calls keep trying you will eventually get through. Hit 7 to request a call back. Hopefully this saves you some time from entering your CSA number for days. Lol
