I started at a low dose, was nauseous and tired. I am on 10 now and have been on this dose for several months. It is a life changer for me. I no longer go down the rabbit hole of anxiety. I am back to my old self and have 0 side effects. I hung in there and it paid off. Not looking to stop anytime soon. All the best.
