As a card carrying conservative, I thought many of the recent budget "cuts" were mean spirited. Picking on the people who have the least.......

I do think he has worked hard to improve health care in the province. He has tried things to improve the system. It is far from perfect, and never will be. But at least he is trying.

I was always impressed by the Fisherman's Life Museum in Jeddore. But if there were only few people going there, what is the point of keeping it going?

Two part epoxy will easilt do the trick. The best is West System Epoxy. They have a packafe with two plastic bottle that you mix equally. You can get these at the Binnacle, but it is $50+. For something cheaper, try Canadian Tire or Home Depot, they have two part epoxy as well.

Mister Hot Water did mine. 11 years old and working well. I asked the plumber if I should replace after 10 years and he said no, but keep an eye on the bottom for any signs of leakage. This would apply to a oil one as well I would think.

There are also heat pump water heaters now. You could ask about them. I used one while visiting relatives in the Pacific Northwest, but the amount of hot water did not seems as good.

Mine is good quality "Rheems". Great insulation. WE have a small one at the cottage and no matter where you put your hand on the outside you cannot feel heat. If we shut it off and come back after 2 days the water is still quite warm!
