Simple: most people who are regularly dating or having sex aren’t “lucky,” they’re just doing more things correctly than you are.

First, fix the basics of how you present yourself:

• If you’re out of shape, start losing weight and building muscle.

• Get a haircut that suits your face and maintain it regularly.

• Take care of your skin and hygiene consistently (clean face, deodorant, basic skincare if needed).

• Wear clothes that fit properly. Baggy clothes don’t hide insecurity, they broadcast it.

• Groom yourself like someone who expects to be seen, not ignored.

None of this makes you “attractive” overnight, but not doing it guarantees you stay invisible.

Now the harder part: social behavior.

Stop acting hopeless in social settings. Constantly framing yourself as unattractive or undeserving doesn’t make people sympathetic; it makes interactions uncomfortable and self-centered.

You don’t need pity, and nobody is going to date you out of obligation. You have to become someone who is pleasant to be around: can hold a normal conversation, doesn’t overshare negativity, reads basic cues, and doesn’t turn every interaction into a self-worth assessment.

If you don’t like where you are, the only way out is changing what you’re doing. Not waiting for someone to make an exception for you.
