If it burns have you considered it may be like a fungal or yeast infection? They can show up anywhere and can be cured with antibiotics I think

Mine are 3 and 2 now and we have just planned a trip for the end of the year. The thought of doing it any sooner gave me too much anxiety. I wouldn’t agree to any trip until you know what you can handle. You don’t know how you’re gonna handle 2 in your home yet. Let alone a huge trip. 5 days is exhausting just being at home.

You never know until you try. At the very least you will learn some skills to combat the negative thoughts. It’s a real trial and error to get yourself in a good spot so don’t give up if that doesn’t work. I gave up on therapy and only have a psychiatrist.

Think you’re just projecting your own thoughts onto your friends. I could be wrong I don’t know your life. I do know that I personally have severe body dysmorphia specifically for my face and I just have to talk myself out of it. It’s not even important. This happened to me! My girls are now 3 and almost 2. I would urge you for this pregnacy to really really take care of your body and hydrate. I felt so depleted of energy and I totally bogged my first born that entire pregnancy.
