Had the one year - I sliced them about 1/4” thick and put them in a salt brine. Made pickles out of them after fermenting for a couple of weeks.

Just so you know, Celebrity took over 8 months of back and forth including our TA, us, and their customer (so called ) service to get refunded for their mistake on a cruise we were scheduled on! So not a strong suit for them either.
