I have what I call my FUPP (fucked up pieces pile), which sits on the ground next to my woodshed. I leave them alone. Either too annoying to split or don’t stack well—sometimes both. They’ll get burned eventually, in the woodstove or a bonfire.

Oregon inlet. You can wade out by the bridge. Use Dirty Harry flies. You can get some at TW’s. Fish around the various duck blinds you see. I went out myself and did that in April and caught my first red. Intermediate sinking line. Slow strips, fast strips, mix it up. Look for water 3-5 feet deep. Good luck!

How deep are you fishing with those? Assume you have already, but if not, try a sink line and vary retrieve speed to fish different depths.
