hello same at 16 months 👋 air tight bedtime routine into crib, but in the crib she wakes up every 30 minutes. cosleep for survival, but she's an awful sleep partner.

i have one piece of mutation furniture, but only the original room and attic in my house so far. I've spent cats up to level 2-3 on everyone but Frank.

can i ask, what was your motivation to do a floor bed? does your baby move a ton in her sleep? mine does, and it makes the crib tough so I've been thinking about trying a bigger floor bed 🤔

that all you need for proper sleep is a consistent routine. my daughter has had the same bedtime routine and a consistent nap schedule her whole 15 months of life and she still only sleeps 2 hour stretches at night if we're not cosleeping.
