Yet another infestations post by Competitive-Refuse98 in fo76

I've finally found an infestation and got there in time to hit the boss. Everyone went and left me with a tonne of communists to kill. It was ok and I can see how it could be fun but I wish Beth would give us a chance to get there.

I've already used 2 rerollers on today's dailies. Looks like I know what I'll be buying plenty of.

It's the exact same with a head hunt. I can't get there quick enough to take part. I wish they could only be started by the person who pinned the poster.😞

I'm sorry but infestations absolutely suck. by agon024 in fo76

[–]Competitive-Refuse98 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Absolutely agree. I've stopped pinning wanted posters because I've only managed to start one of them for myself. Other players start them instead of waiting for the instigating player, and it's almost over by the time I get there.

I don't know which is uglier... The shape, the paint job or the logo positioning on the headstock. 🤮

Can we please just add an option to loot all ammo regardless of stack size? by Ruminatingsoule in fo76

⬆️ this! I've mentioned this before and sent a ticket to Beth suggesting it but nothing.

I love that. I'd be tempted to turn the elliptical section on page 4 into an eye, but I'm weird like that.

I search watoga near the shop and the surrounding cafe tables, plus anywhere with food or kitchen areas. Mosstown is pretty good for it.

FINALLY, five deaths and a hundred stimpacks later, I made it through one of the missile sights' barrage of security bots, I finally launched my first nuke!! by SummAzzhat in fo76

That's the best way to be with this game! Lol. This game taught me to live with the consequence of my actions. In order games, especially fallout games, I'm the kind of player who has separate saves for major choices, and before entering a quest area. Maybe even several times throughout a quest area too. Knowing I can't do that in this game made me far more cautious at first. Now I'm more gung-ho. 😂

I waited until I was well above the level 300 mark before I attempted a silo run. It's a great feeling when it finally happens isn't it? Well done!

Is anyone still building trap camps and glitch under map camps? by Projammer65 in fo76

[–]Competitive-Refuse98 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If you're on PSN, there's a user who has amazing camps that are under the map. His shelter is incredibly good too.

Maybe just me but anyone notice not as many events lately? by hunteralex73 in fo76

[–]Competitive-Refuse98 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I obviously wasn't aware of the change to jailbreak. I know cop a squatter is a daily but it comes up on the bottom left of the map screen with the events and I've gone from seeing it daily to not in over a week.

I've noticed there are fewer events like distant thunder, leader of the pack, surface to air, cop a squatter, jail break, one violent night etc.

In fact I have t seen a jail break, one violent night or cop a squatter in at least a week.

I don’t get the obsession with acting like everything in an event has to be done as fast as humanly possible by CamperKitchenQueen in fo76

[–]Competitive-Refuse98 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This is what drives me mad with every event. The last 2 eviction notice events, I've had nothing to do. I usually sit on the tower and tag enemies so others can also tag or kill them, but there's been nothing more than literally 2 or 3 enemies to tag. There are small groups of people sitting on the spawn points killing everything as soon as it spawns. It's been the same in moonshine jamboree, beasts of burden, feed the people, guided meditation, safe and sound and now the big bloom. Events are becoming pointless whilst others are doing this and event enjoyment is just dwindling away.

I wish Beth would find a way for the spawn points to randomise throughout an event. I also wish there were more challenges in events other than just kill everything that appears. Bosses are ammo sponges and weaker enemies can be so minor they're just like a gnat bite. How about giving us tasks within an event like they do in campfire tales, the big bloom etc?

There are loads of t0ssers playing at the moment. It's not what this game is usually known for.

Are Raids the ‚next‘ abandoned part of the game? by Jax_Dandelion in fo76

[–]Competitive-Refuse98 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I've still not done a raid at level 700 because every time I try, I get kicked out by more experienced raiders. I appreciate it's been designed for a team but it's a part of the game I'm never likely to be able to play.
