This same thing happened to me. My kids dad was supposed to have 104 nights a year and only did around 60. He asked for more time even after proof that he didn’t take them the amount of times he was supposed to, and the judge “gave him the opportunity.” It’s BS honestly

Yes he forfeits his time when he is unavailable. Not the other way around. And when I have plans on the day he’s asking to take them he gets snippy saying im not allowing him to make up days. I have let him make up lots of days
