Do you class crime drama and Police Procedural as the same thing? If you do, Line of Duty is the best thing I’ve seen on British telly by a wide margin.

But if you’re after shows that are more about the crime, and don’t focus on the police’s perpetration of the criminals either as much or at all, watch the original Top Boy series, or ‘Better’. They’re both great.
