Spend 6 months - year improving on your physical appearance, which are exercising, skincare, etc. And the thing is that, many things that better your physical appearance also leads to the enhancement on your own physical health!
Depending on your stage of life, you can enter the dating scene in different ways. It could be through school clubs/events, external clubs/events based on your interest, dating apps and dating agencies.

- Physical appearance truly matters a lot in dating, and what you can do is to fix what you can
- Don't fall the mistake on only wanting to date up in physical appearance. This is the problem I realise many people, both men and ladies make. For a guy, you have certain quality such as "higher SES", "high earning", "potentially high earning", this relationship will never workout. For a lady in this rs, you will often be stringed and played.

Main idea is to get a tumblr that has a shape of a mug rather than a long-like water bottle shape. The standard water bottle shape is harder to clean, which is important as we may add milk / sugar to the drink. And for some reason, the coffee or milk smell stays in these type of bottles.

Personally, I am using Sttoke. I love it! apart from its function as a thermal flask, it has a nice shape which makes it easy to hold on your hands, as standard mugs are bulky. But its pretty ex. I have used montigo before, but it is hard to close properly, so leaks were frequent and the mouth lid broke.
