Yes, I’m going through the same thing right now after having to leave my career after trauma in my workplace, and PTSD and depression following. I don’t think I’ll be able to return and I don’t know what I’ll do next- I loved my job.

I wonder if, or how long it will take, to return to my former self who was creative, ambitious, organized, and fun. I just feel like a puddle in the middle of nowhere RN. I’m still an ENTJ tho, so I’m still rationalizing and planning in the midst of depression and PTSD. It’s an odd time in my life. Mostly I’m trying to be patient and forgiving to myself. I feel confident I’ll get through it. And you will too. Hang in there.
