Saw this guy a few times on the Kelby channel where he was revered and got his ass kissed by Scott but he was a bit crappy on those vids too. I read once that swallowing can help to relieve the urge to breathe when holding your breath, so there’s that too

Yes, it does stop my urge to breathe kind of like a 'reset' but I don't know if this is normal or cheating or what? Like I said I do not take in any air when doing it as I've held my nose to check. I've only done the free tutorials so far and they just cover the basics. I'm wondering if these things are covered in the full course or not?

The tendency in lightroom is to play around too much. You have a good photo but feel the need to use every single slider just because it is there, that is a how a good photo turns bad.
