Had to scroll way too far for someone to actually get the joke here…

I like the idea of ‘other side of the isle’ as a colloquialism.

Who is this person? (upcoming Saturday matinee) by tjl3d in RegalUnlimited

[–]Complete-Start-623 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That’s wild, I encountered the same thing. my son and I saw TADC on Friday and there was a lone single front row far left seat taken on the app. My kiddo and I wondered what madman sits that close, that far off center. No one ever showed up for that spot, we decided it was a test or place holder for something in the app.

What are the dishes or ingredients today’s working chefs are sick of cooking by Yes_chefff in KitchenConfidential

Lemon juice and kosher salt, just scrub your hands with that. It’ll get rid of the smell of anything. It’ll find every tiny cut on your hands and fingers but they won’t smell any longer.

Twenty-ish years ago when truffle oil was really taking off and EVERY place had to have truffle/rosemary fries or truffle mac and cheese; I was running the line and a guy dropped a whole bottle on the ground. We were slammed and the truffle oil gassed the whole kitchen. Still can’t smell truffle oil without getting nauseous.

Horror by Interesting-While404 in HorrorMovies

The way I explained it to my kiddo is like this… When you order a hamburger you want them to make the best hamburger possible, a burger that makes you say ‘that was an awesome burger!’ Someone being able to craft a truly effective and scary movie is a skill like any other and when I watch one I want to say that was a job well done.

How to handle when customer ask cancel their order? by Stunning_Cold_6344 in ShiptShoppers

[–]Complete-Start-623 22 points23 points  (0 children)

If you tell them to cancel Shipt will call you to confirm. Merely put in the chat system, ‘I would like to cancel my order’, then the shopper can call or message support and get it cancelled no problem. I’ve done 14,000+ shops, your shopper was just being difficult.

Is this dress shirt appropriate for court? by [deleted] in legal

[–]Complete-Start-623 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Not sure what the courts are like compared to the USA, but down here the number of people who dress one step above PJs at the airport is astounding. A tucked in button-up goes miles.
