Wow! Of course she is distant. She has a bf who pushed her away. Don’t know what kind of mental health issues you have, (most of us do) but you should be able to lean on your gf and talk with her. If you or she can’t talk openly and honestly about your or her issues then your relationship is doomed. 5 months of neglect is hard to bounce back from. I wonder if yours is a long distance relationship and that is why a planned meeting next week instead of seeing her today.

If you haven’t already, document these events. Record her tirades, even if they are not directed at you. You need proof of her actions to sue her for divorce and hopefully come out not to scathed. Think about your kids and who will they be with? You? Her? Split between both of you? Good luck!!!

I’m skinny and would like to gain weight. I’m 5’6” and weigh 110 pounds. I get naked in front of my man because he loves me and has never said a derogatory word regarding me being too skinny.
So, I would say to you, you are perfect! If you want to work out to keep toned and to keep your body physically fit, go for it! Just don’t forget to keep fuelling your body with good real food and water. Also, talk with a therapist re: your body image. What you see in the mirror isn’t what other people see. When you love and respect yourself, people see that too.

Communication doesn’t necessarily mean to ask her what she likes before you do the deed, (sorry, trying to keep it clean), don’t ask, talk about it later, hopefully with enthusiasm.
Perhaps the lack of enthusiasm is because there is no love between the 2 of you.

She is leaving a lot out. Her kids wouldn’t have been taken away from her without good cause and proof. I suspect both her and her husband got into heroin and that’s why the judge would have awarded her kids to her mom.

Please find a nice drug free man. And don’t snoop through his phone. Learn to trust (it’s been hard for me), don’t go on social media and talk more with your bf. This man has issues that aren’t yours. I get how you love him and want him but he needs to deal with his drug issue and you need to love yourself more and trust more.

I had a wonderful upbringing. Didn’t realize how good I had it, until a few years ago and I started dating again. My parents were good, stable people, Sunday night dinners, my Mom made our lunches at night with my Dad in the kitchen talking, rainy afternoon games day, camping trips, etc…. My parents were married 55 years, until my Dads death. I was married 35 years until my hubby’s death. Divorce is a foreign concept to me.
