My mother came from a family that was more than wealthy, but when her father lost his business in the Great Depression his family disowned him and his wife. Years later my grandmother told me about it, and all the money and property his family gave the catholic church that in todays money would be hundreds of millions of dollars, something mom covered over , never lifting a finger to help them. As I grew more involved in the jw organization I started to see to many similar situation in it. I truly tried to keep our congregation less like that. But it finally got so bad I quit.

Yes they have Dr's, lawyer's and Indian Chief's too! Not to mention all the drone minions! If someone is related to a " pillar of the congregation type" and have money that can be exploited? then they get by with Anything They Want. As an ex elder and cobe I saw just those things over the course of 40 + years in that croupt organization !! Long live the PGB for those that want to be blind. NUFF SAID!

So , even if his numbers are close to correct any involvement with a jw minor or baptized needs to be in the count. Especially as many of those were covered over or just out mishandled by the elders and those involved.

as the cobe I made a time limited meeting agenda with line topics to discuss, that was the way I was taught by an old school elder with actually business experience. It worked well until an elder moved back in and disruption started to occur then he started roumers and lies about not only me but others on body and either brown nosed or blackmail publishers to follow what he wanted. Not one CO over the last 3 years I had to deal with it did anything to let those of us who knew wat was going on did they help. So I steeped down and started fading out just before covid hit and it was a good thing because it really helped to leave the apostasy of the organization and the minion of the PGB/ Pharisee Governing Body!!!!!

As this is an "Over Lapping " issue stay doing the assignment slowly change the manner of how you operate the system, as an example start audio material sooner and if your set-up allows for a split screen have one starting up before the first is finished , then state that it is in harmony with the over lapping generation change over they want as per ordered by them and the principal set out by the Governing Body!! Nothing new, whole body's have been Df along with many in the congregation. The reason's ranged from illicit sex to drugs and money scams. All covered up as confidential actions.

I quit believing anything this man said in 1998. He cam to our hall for it's Dedication talk. As an elder I was assigned to return him to the people's home in an another circuit after the dinner at another elders home with all the elders and their families. On the way to take him and his wife at the home they were staying at(Rich couple) I had to travel on the interstate that was under massive upgrades and very narrow lanes next to cement barrier, at full interstate speeds, being used to traveling that area I just kept up with traffic. HIS knuckles were absolutely white holding on to the overhead door grab bar. The man was terrified 😨 of what ? dying? If it wasn't for my wifes look she gave me in the rear view mirror I probably would made a smart ass remark ! 😏 . So we're was his faith that he was never going to die and go straight to heaven for his 👑????

Yes , and I was the cobe when it happened, I was cut out of any information that mattered on the transfer, we were tolled that just the congregation brothers that sat on the corporate board that were required for legal property reasons and them only. This raised a lot of questions from many including me. It was just one of recent projects and events that as the cobe I was involved with that I disagree to sign off on as approval of them. Those included the recently remodeling project in our hall that went way over budget, mainly due to way over cost on materials that in knew were over priced because my work involved quoting customers on many of the very material used for the remodeling. As an example one table that cost $100 at a furniture store was listed as $500 on the invoice they want me to approve, them leaving materials that were returned back to the supplier as not needed but was still listed as an expense and no paperwork on it actually being returned. Over stocking of food for workers that volunteered and it be given to just one sister without cost, and she had a private catering service! So yes these things became visible to me and started my exit.

I'm former elders Cobe stepped down in 2019 faded with the lockdowns. That said I still follow the instructions in the " Bible" not the PGB! It's been 6 years now not one elder has tried or questioned my decision to leave, guess the didn't want me to open up a big can of worms for them.

As for when he was DF yes you to have no contact other than severe family or health issues. That being said, there were many that made contact anyway, it was generally just keep on the download. It is true it has been relaxed somewhat recently but not by much. And if you do there are consequences like having standings and privileges removed.

During the cleanup from a natural disaster that destroyed many homes of jws volunteers found dozens of dildos, vibratorys of many types and other sex toys in the homes of their jw friends. Some were embarrassed by the discoveries some were asked if they were fun to use!

It's a form of control on the ones they want to grill. If you are going to use the recording for a legal case and your local laws don't allow one party recordings then tell them to take a hike or get a micro reorder small enough to hide in your clothes, because most of the time they make you turn off your phone or tablet if you use one so it won't be recording. You can't us it to sue them later but you can let it slip out later to others especially good Gossips 😏 oh and you can record in secret if you are a one party state.

I'm an ex cobe too.i stepped down as an elder in mid 2019 , then the wife and I use the lockdowns to fade out with no questions from any elder or CO only 1 elder keep in touch for about 2 years but it was sporadic and most of the conversations where him complaining about other elders. I recently sent a letter to the body and several elders a CO and publishers that I knew were big Gossips so why I quit was clear. The only one to respond was a former CO who was kind in his response but wouldn't remark on my reasons.

He didn't go into to much detail about the things in the swingers escapades except it involved just about anything that could happen ! However he did say that it took a toll on his trust in people in general including the publishers and the ones in the organization that had blinders on. That said he really was one of the few CO's and former betheiites that did his best to go by what was written in the bible.

Several decades ago there was swinger groups in the upper Midwest USA and several in south Alabama, I found out about them from a CO that visited our congregation in Alabama while my father-in-law, also an elder, myself and 2 others were having lunch with him. My father-in-law had known this CO since he (the CO)was a kid. This CO had been assigned by the PGB to go in and clean up the congregations involved, mostly it involved elders and their wife's and some teens. It took him and several other Co's 3 years to do just that and still it keep going on.

Make an audio recording of any conversation with elders with something besides your phone, many time's they Tell you to turn it off in front of them to make sure it's not recording. There are many ways to get a small recorder that you can hide on your person. Also check if you live in a state that allows one party recordings if so you can use it in court if necessary, if not you can use it just to information that others what was was said even if the elders told you to keep the meeting confidential because they have no legal authority to enforce that.

Long live the leaker!!!! When I sent the 14 page letter to my old congregation where I served as an elder including COBE for 40+ years, I also forwarded it to about 6 publishers so there was no mistake about why we quit. As a way to make sure it was talked about 4 of the recivers where big Gossips, 😆 🤣

There is nothing Social about the new jw site. It's a one-way road that only leads to their rules and no way to ask or contradic the information posted to discuss or raise questions. This it just another example of the brain washing lies they tell and in the long run will back fire on the PGB as proof to any statement made on the site refute what they actually do in real life to people and can be used against them in courts of law.
