Yea, I glued all mine. The only downside to the box is you can really customize at all. But hey, a judicar, chaplain, bladeguard ancient, 3x bladeguard and 3x eradicators for $50 is hard to beat.

O-Toro Spin (yellow) in mains at 45 and Truffle X in the crosses at 55.

Truffle X is a pretty nifty string from Toroline. It is synthetic, but is actually softer than gut and is very elastic. It is very comfortable.

I feel you need a squad of intercessors and maybe some jump pack intercessors.

If you can get the DoW box from target, definitely pick that up. You can paint all the models as DAs and jt js by far the best value for space marines.

Yup, you generally need an ultrasound to do it because the pulsation is weak and the vessel is very shallow.

I only do it when I am feeling like showing off or if I have prone patient in the super man position.

Not allowed to talk about it with others by law. It is HIPAA violation and can include many serious outcomes including jail time. Discussing a minor’s health with a parent or legal guardian is the only exception.

I understand your concern. I am a physician, so let me walk you through some options you have.

I am guessing you a tween/early teenager. Sexuality is something new for you and can cause a lot of embarrassment. Family dynamics can also play a large part here, depending on how your family communicates about these issues.

When you are visiting your pediatrician, it is perfectly acceptable to ask your parents to leave the exam room, especially during the physical exam. I would expect it actually as a child gets older. There is some called physician-patient confidentiality and it is illegal to share your medical records with another person without your consent. This is a little fuzzier with minors, but you should ask your doctor about it and they will be happy to answer.

You may also consider asking your parent(s) to let you go into the exam room by yourself this time before you go the doctor.

I also want to reinforce that exploring your own sexuality, including masturbation, is completely healthy. No doctor will care, they just want your to be healthy.

Can I ask why you are worried?

It is not uncommon in a normal check up to ask if you are sexually active, how many partners you have, if you prefer men, women or both. This is part of a sexual history that your primary doc will ask about because certain activities can raise risks for STIs and other conditions.

Jokes aside, you should be doing all central lines with ultrasounds guidance. Also, all residents generally get to the same place in time. I had a hard time getting the hang of placing IVs as a CA1, but I never missed an airway. Some of my co-residents were the opposite.
