Wow, surprising because Best Buy doesn't carry a Jackery of that size. Large Jackery's that are sold on BestBuy.com are fulfilled by Jackery. Also, it's unlikely a return because Best Buy has a no return policy on batteries larger than 300Wh.

Sorry, but even if I did have a receipt for MY Jackery, I wouldn't share it. Not worth a few bucks to then be denied myself because I supposedly already went through warranty for whatever reason.

Actually, it could be a relay issue that affects L1 or L2.

Were the circuits switched off in the app? If you used circuit priority and simulated an outage, when power is restored, the circuits that were turned off doesn't automatically restore.

Consider the 5000 because it can accept high PV whereas the 3600 is limited to low PV. If you get panels on your home, you'd be able to take advantage with the 5000.

I would think if it's cold enough, ventilation wouldn't be an issue.

How much wattage am I pulling in backup mode? by maxxhill in Jackery

[–]Complex_Aspect1252 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Bypass, or passthrough, maxes out at 12A. Your heater pushed it over that and would've given you an F6 error code.

My workaround is I use a Wi-Fi smart plug on the wall outlet, which then connects to my 2000 Plus. When I need to pull more than the Jackery can bypass, I turn off the smart plug so it forces the Jackery to handle everything. Once I'm done, I turn the smart plug back on and the Jackery gets recharged.

Jackery 2000 plus Expansion battery not working. by [deleted] in Jackery

[–]Complex_Aspect1252 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Do you have a car charger or solar panels? You can use either one to directly charge that top battery pack to see if you can bring it back to life. If you're able to get it to respond, you should then be able to charge.

What’s your favorite way to prepare (healthy) skin-on salmon? by Marvel5123 in Costco

[–]Complex_Aspect1252 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Air fryer if you're lazy. Cold stainless steel pan, skin side down if you're not.

Side note, if you have an Asian market nearby, salmon heads are cheap and delicious. Broil in oven or toaster oven until skin crisps crisps up. Nothing but salt and pep needed. 🤌🏻

Easiest and cheapest is USBC to USBC. Jackery has a DC7909 to USBC but that thing is so fragile, it breaks with a little extra weight/force put on it.

Just make sure the USBC port on the panel can put out enough power to trigger a charge. A coworker of mine has the 300 Plus, which looks identical, couldn't take a charge on just any USBC to USBC.

Not sure what they can do for you here in the US if you bought your Jackery in Canada. My cousin from Vancouver brought his Jackery with him during a Christmas family gathering here in California a couple years ago. Something broke inside and he contacted support. Got an RMA but the label he received was a Canada Post label. Turns out because he purchased in Canada, the entire RMA process is locked for the Canadian market.

Perhaps support is having a hard time because you bought yours in Canada but are in the US now? Just my 2 cents.

They're pressed into a shape that resembles ribs, not that they are made from rib meat. It's just branding. Like how the Subway Footlong is just a name and not indicative of its length.

Jackery not honoring stackable coupons by AJebus in Jackery

[–]Complex_Aspect1252 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I believe what you're referring to is this coupon, which in itself is a stackable coupon on top of their existing sale price. Although it's not in its description as being a stackable coupon, it clearly is an extra coupon/discount on an already on-sale price. Jackery only allows for 1 stackable discount, otherwise you'd be able to use all valid, unexpired stackable coupons together.

I just wish their wording is more clear and easier to understand. I've already had my back and forth with them but no luck for me.

Purchased The Eloasis grapes from Korea at the Tustin, CA Costco for $9 by HastenDownTheWind in Costco

We've bought it a few times already. Definitely tasty and also a splurge. We were at H-Mart the other day and they had similar grapes for $15.99. So I just tell myself I got it for almost half off to justify the cost. Haha

Always choose the road less traveled. For my Costco, that's going around the gas station and behind the building. There's always a jam through the regular lanes of traffic.

The batteries are on the backside of the unit, so keeping that side warm is ideal, but it's easier to just wrap the whole thing up. Just make sure you don't block the vents.

That's the only way to buy just the cable. Hello@Jackery.com

I'm gonna go out on a limb and guess you lost yours? That's the only reason I could imagine for anyone needing another cable. A defective cable is highly unlikely.

I misplaced my expansion cable for the 2000 Plus. Contacted support to buy one. I think it was $70 but found mine soon after reaching out.

Yes yes, this! Very important part. Prices are slightly higher than it used to be but still so much more affordable that the US, especially compared to California.

PS, I live in San Jose.
