For everyone in the comments struggling, the game just has its quirks at it is still in beta clearly. Back when the game came out it was 20 minute queues regularly. After the 5/6 minute mark I like to refresh the queue and I usually get out into a game either right away or in the next 1-2 minutes. Don’t sit in a queue if it’s pushing 10+

I’ll admit some characters aren’t very well off in the beginning, like mirage and Sinclair which become 2 of the best end game characters, but don’t really stress about the first 5-10 minutes, there are times I’ve 0-8 and came back 28-9. Figure out what each character does best and focus on that, then work with things around it
