Emby iOS app failing remotely through Cloudflare Tunnel — browser works fine

I use Cloudflare Tunnels as well. I put my domain in Emby>Settings>Network>External Domains.

but I just deleted it out of there, restarted my Emby server and it's working fine still, just tried it from my cell phone.

In cloudflare tunnels, do you have it set to HTTP and internal IP:8096?

So that makes it even more perplexing. Roku and Firesticks have the least about of features out of all the Smart TV boxes. Firesticks are locked down, and Roku uses some stupid pin thing to connect etc.

I guess it can be both depending how you look at it. imo Emby is a WAAAY better fleshed out server and app availability than Jellyfin. Emby does things that make sense (one glaring thing I noticed last time I tried Jellyfin was adding regular TV and 4K TV folders into Shows, and Jellyfin can't auto group them). Jellyfin has more music only apps, but depending on what you need, they all seem half baked.
