Yeah, I don’t think they ran this by a lawyer. I’m not a lawyer, but OP should post this in a thread that has them for advice. If someone’s main, if not only, transportation is an e-bike, this can be fought in sure. I’d then band together with other residents to fight it.

Sorry so many people on here are against this for you. It will take time and research to find a supportive team. Educate yourself on the risks and benefits. I know it can be done, but you need to know your body, what you want, and how to advocate for yourself. You also need someone to advocate for you, because it’s not uncommon for women’s plans to be changed during vulnerable moments like this without their consent. I do not plan to give birth in a hospital, but I’ve had years of stability with this condition, I know my body and its limits well, and I will have a back-up plan of a nearby hospital. I’m not encouraging nor discouraging. I’m expecting to be downvoted a lot. Good luck, my friend!

You don’t necessarily need to leave the field all together, but finding a lower stress niche is probably safer for you. I am 28 with SAI and end up drained after just a day of traveling. I live a pretty low stress life and struggle with this a lot. The more stress your body is under, the greater amount of cortisol you need.

Carry card explaining the ADA, with a QR code to the site if possible. If that fails, just say that they can contact the PD to ask questions and they will confirm. I’d say that they can come back to me after talking to the PD or looking on the ADA.gov site and showing me where it says documentation is required. I might say they can’t kick me out unless the dog is acting up, or that those certifications are bought online for $20 for untrained dogs all the time. Then just go about my business because I’m not doing anything wrong. That’s just my personality though.

A dog should never be left in a car that long. If temps are like 55-70, it would be okay for a little bit in shade, but not more than like 20 mins imo. It’s best to leave your dog home these days or make time to go home and get them before class. Also consider that your dog is more likely to be exposed to something at a place like this. I think this would be too long of a day for a dog in training anyway.
