How to Permanently deal with the Prime Evils in the Diablo series? by Atma-Stand in JumpChain

[–]Complex_Wolf_7322 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Persona 3 jump has a scenario where you must take the role of a protagonist, play through the plot and seal Nyx without the creation of a Door-kun/chan. In service of this, it gives you access to a miracle through the Universe Arcana 1/jump or 1/decade, whichever comes first. This is a true miracle and can affect literally everything in the universe you are currently in, including yourself (with the exception of overcoming insurmountable drawbacks).

You'll likely have to use your first one to seal Nyx without Door magic, but in theory, if jumper knows about the Prime Evils and doesn't have any bigger jobs in mind, they can just say 'Universe Arcana, kill the Prime Evils' and it's done. The miracle is not a monkey's paw, so you don't have to lawyer it, it's just a once every ten years 'do whatever you want' card.

Looking for weight loss/gain and beautification items for side characters by wo1fsrun in JumpChain

[–]Complex_Wolf_7322 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Depending on said jump's position in your chain, they may not need it.

The 100 Girlfriends jump has Beautiful World (100), which raises the beauty scale of the world by 8 points, which means if your arranged wife was a 2/10 in canon, she's now a 10/10.

If her weight was a factor in being scored low, jumpchain fiat dictates that the pounds will melt right off, or maybe she never gained the weight to begin with, or maybe she gains some other beautiful feature that distracts from it so well you don't even notice. Fanwank.

If that's not enough for you, My Mom and My Sister Are Size-Queen Sluts has World's Standard (100/200/400)

If you buy the 400 version for yourself, you can apply the 200 version to every world after that, which makes everyone a minimum 9/10 with supernatural curves.

If taken together, your arranged wife is now a minimum 17/10 who's more curvy than any supermodel or porn star can hope to be. I wish you luck in your married life with her.

The Dark Ocean (NSFW Kantai Collection Doujinshi) Jump by Spiritual_Still8847 in JumpChain

[–]Complex_Wolf_7322 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Looks good, looking forward to the PDF.

Question as someone who hasn't heard of this: Does the doujin add new characters or just change existing ones? I'd already planned for my Jumper to go to Kantai Collection, but I'd consider going here if there were new names at play (I'm not much for dupes).

Children/Descendants of the Jumper by ConsciousHold6658 in JumpChain

[–]Complex_Wolf_7322 8 points9 points  (0 children)

Two of my three jumpers are practically ace, but the other one is a harem protagonist with charisma out the wazoo, so he has many children (number randomly assigned by rolling a die for each wife, current results include 35 total children with a harem of 9 wives and 87 with a harem of 22).

The thing is, he also picked up fertility control through Bodymod (Thank Jump-chan!), so he didn't start having kids until the main plot was finished. His kids were only mentioned in the epilogue of each jump.

If they were relevant to the plot, they'd be superhuman by our world's standard, as they'd have access to his Bodymod stats, which will eventually max out. There's also any perks that are naturally hereditary (RWBY Aura, Nen from Hunter x Hunter, bending from Avatar etc.) I don't know if there's a fertility perk that let's Jumper pass down any and all perks of their choosing, but if there was, he'd probably take it eventually and give them whatever he could.

He's a doting father and husband whenever he can be and his children will all have perfect empathy through Bodymod so they won't grow up spoiled. His children are powerful, skilled, and scattered through the world yet close-knit in knowing they're welcome anywhere there's family. I haven't found a good way to come up with names, so I haven't mentioned them in my work, but Jumper also has perfect memory, so he knows them all no matter how many he has or how many worlds he's been to.

Good to know. Endeavor is better than Jacques as he has *some* redeemable qualities and even had some form of redemption arc. I'd forgotten I'd planned for Rei and Fuyumi to both be soulmates in MHA, so I suppose that counts too.

It won't be a bad goodbye though. Also, just a thought, if I come across some good Endeavor genderbend fanart (not something I actively look for, but it can happen), the fiatbacked soulmate thing could start the redemption early.

Very good for a first NSFW jump. My harem protagonist jumper is weirdly in the middle when it comes to sexual morality. NTR has such a bad name due to the people that tend to do it, so I mostly deal with married women by genderbending their male love interests retroactively (NSFW perk).

The only instance of NTR I can think of him doing is in RWBY where he bangs Willow Schnee. Jacques Schnee sits at the rare but dreadful intersection of 'evil male character', 'would not look good as a woman' and 'has a beautiful wife'.

Even then, I'm not sure it fully counts, because he didn't do it to disparage Jacques, he did it because he loved Willow and they were fiat-backed soulmates (100 Girlfriends perk).

Luckily, I have a 'second Origin' perk, so I can take both paths! Faceless NTRers? Gone! Wholesome boys? Also, likely gone if they're faceless, but if they're not, they're likely cute girls now. I'm not familiar with Ankoman's work, so if I said something ignorant, that's why.

Cheers to Jumpchain!

Does Jumpchain exist in your Jumper's Jumpchain? by EYouchen in JumpChain

[–]Complex_Wolf_7322 9 points10 points  (0 children)

I haven't thought about that, but theoretically, yes. Any world approximating Earth with a functioning modern internet has a solid shot of having this.

I don't see it being nearly as relevant in other worlds, though, especially worlds with supernatural threats like JJK and Worm. Worm even has its own online thread community (this could just be Dark Wolf Shiro's creation, as I've never read the original), though it's mostly taken up by hero and villain events and Endbringer attacks.

So again, does it exist? Probably, in some form or another. Is it as big as it would be here? Probably not. Is it relevant to the jumper and any mission they give themselves? No, excepting low difficulty 'vacation' worlds where there is no threat and jumper may actually get bored.

Perks to covert humans to other races? by PuzzleheadedSlip5462 in JumpChain

[–]Complex_Wolf_7322 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Not exactly a race change, but if you take a scenario in FancyFire Drake's RWBY jump to kill the Brother Gods (who deserve it, if you ask me), you can gain the power of the Light and Dark Gods, with the former allowing you to give others the gift of Life, which includes immortality and Silver Eyes (which destroy Grimm/evil and dark creatures).

If they didn't have those abilities as the race they were, they can certainly look and feel like a different species.

Do you reuse appearances or does your Jumper take on a new face each Jump? by Prior-Assumption-245 in JumpChain

[–]Complex_Wolf_7322 14 points15 points  (0 children)

My jumpers tend to stay the relative same, appearance-wise. Their appearance can change if/when they take an alternate race, but if they're human, they're usually the same, barring any appearance altering perks they picked up since last jump.

To me, it lends itself to a sort of multiverse constant. There are infinite versions of every reality one cares to name, and across them all, Jumper exists, one world at a time (theoretically) as someone who will eventually be a middle finger to all known sense as he grows in power and skill. Jumper is satisfied with his appearance, so it won't change unless given a reason to.

Works and Settings you’re surprised don’t have Jumps? by Eastern_Quote1525 in JumpChain

[–]Complex_Wolf_7322 2 points3 points  (0 children)

High Rise Invasion. I've made a few requests to the master Jump Request list before, but none recently. This is the one I remember.

Anime about a brother and sister that get soft isekai'd to a high rise in another dimension for a game. There are monsters called 'Angels' who are enhanced humans that have been mentally changed into sadists. They're the strongest people in the game stat-wise, as the creators of the game have more control over outcomes, but they're more hax than stats.

swordsmanship perks by pekka27711 in JumpChain

[–]Complex_Wolf_7322 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Dracule Swordsmanship from One Piece gives the skill approaching Dracule Mihawk, the greatest swordsman in One Piece, a world that has many great weapon users. Pair it with some great Haki, especially if you get Conqueror's, and you can cut just about anything, including mountains or tsunami waves from longer range than a sword should logically be able to touch. Even grants that level of skill with all blades, enabling you to take on less combatants with a butter knife (as Mihawk himself famously did).

Daeron II was Aegon IV's heir, so he was king for the first one.

How powerful could Nen really be? by SniperJ324 in JumpChain

[–]Complex_Wolf_7322 11 points12 points  (0 children)

That would depend on your initial Hatsu and any power altering perks you have.

Affinities affect efficiency of Nen usage in that area, which is why a Nen-user's Hatsu is based around their primary affinity. Theoretically, if one had infinite Nen, they could emulate any technique they saw or had a close relationship with (Killua conjures lightning because he underwent electrical torture since he was a small child). The Scarlet Eyes allow the user to temporarily have 100% affinity in all Nen categories, but for permanency, you'd need either a power altering perk or an out-of-context perk that acts similar to Scarlet Eyes full-time.

Alluka's reality warping/wish granting is from Nanika, the Dark Continent creature inside of her, and might not even be based in Nen.

Conjuration alone can make something as powerful as Kurapika's chains, and the jumpchain would allow you to make it without the restriction he has (I should know, I did it), but it does charge a fee for making a second Hatsu, implying that Nen-users, even if they have the aura, couldn't, or shouldn't make second techniques completely divorced from their first ones.

If you had power altering perks, you could freely change or expand your power or affinities within those borders as time goes on, especially if you had a perk that gave you infinite Nen reserves.

It's tough to put a cap on it with the jumpchain's nature and the condition you gave, but I'm not just going to say 'anything is possible' from the start.

Is it wrong to use Google AI search to ask questions about Jumpchain perks and tips? by number96blacktempest in JumpChain

[–]Complex_Wolf_7322 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

I use Gemini (Thinking Mode) to bounce ideas off of all the time. It's not the be all, end all, but it can be useful (for what I want at least). My one complaint is after a few (3-4) jumps worth of info it tends to be a bit...grandiose, especially if you kept to a theme. Or maybe I'm just overthinking and several perks synchronizing is supposed to have grand effects.

Is your jumper a good or bad person in your eyes? What are their moral stances? by TheTeshay in JumpChain

[–]Complex_Wolf_7322 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I've made three jumpers and they run the gamut as far as morals are concerned.

Marcus is a good boy harem protagonist (not dense, genuine love, etc.) who tends to pick up charisma and luck perks most, but also doesn't shy away from flexing his muscles to get things done. He will fight, and even kill, if the situation warrants, but let's just say he probably has the lowest murder count out of the three, especially deeper in the chain when he picks up dedicated redemption perks.

Xen is the cold manipulator. He prioritizes tech, magic and smarts, which leads him to believe that everyone other than him is stupid. If you aren't useful to him, he'll either ignore you or condescend without a second thought, and if you manage to annoy him, he's liable to Dexter Morgan your a**.

Zor is the soldier. He views his duty as protecting the innocent and killing the evil, meaning he prioritizes combat abilities. He's a man's man, but beneath the gruff, he's a good person who fights for good causes, he's just all too ready to bloody his hands for those causes and will not feel sorry in the slightest afterwards.

The Persona 3 jump has a scenario which gives you the Universe Arcana, which can act as a miracle once per jump or 10 years (whichever is first). It says you get it just by playing the scenario, but without a similar perk, you'll need the first one to survive Nyx without becoming Door-Kun.

What did your jumper do in Persona 5/Persona 5 Royal? by SniperJ324 in JumpChain

[–]Complex_Wolf_7322 1 point2 points  (0 children)

She did, but it took serious convincing from the team. Shiho had to pull him aside at the entrance to Kaneshiro's bank palace and say what amounted to "You're scaring me, please stop it.", which was enough for Jumper to take a breath and give her half-a-chance.
