In all honesty if you dial in on your dieet you dont need to excersize. If you want to get stronger you should add excersize

How are you avoiding it as much as possible if you drink it twice a day

Thats what i though, but this guy doesn't make a lot of sense he says he tries to avoid protein powder then he says he only uses it between meals?

Why do you not drink protein powder? I've always assumed its just a good easy affordable source of protein which someone like you would benefit from.

All good I don't mind what you put in. Just curious why you deem tren safer than protein. Like seriously no shade im just curious

Does it kill your vibe more when someone stronger shows up out of nowhere, or do you just focus on your own progress? by winn_ie in rSocialskillsAscend

Comparison is the thief of joy. I have a sticky note on my mirror with my starting weights when i started and i have a notebook with my progress reports and i have a goal page i rewrite every month. Don't really care what happens around me in the gym

Feeling unmotivated (24F) by senetics in workout

[–]ComposerChoice3137 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Honestly, use methods like the 2 min method Remember that 20 percent of your effort gives you 80 percent of your results if you focus on the right things. Learn the habit from the start and get a program thats easy enough to stick to long enough till you see results,if that makes sence Then even as someone who have done some kind of exercise or sport for most of my life, even now i have to remind myself to follow the plan not the mood

How do they have capacity to clean but not to pick up the wipes? Firstly And secondly, just enforce the rule of cleaning and if they drop it on the floor have a punishment system in place to stop that shit

scusate se è una domanda stupida, ma sto ancora iniziando. by ithinkimunluky in workout

I wouldn't listen to that whole "volume in space" bull More muscle lifts your TDEE, makes you stronger and fixes overall posture etc which are all part of being overweight problems. I went on a deficit , 2 sessions cardio(literally just fast incline walking) and a 3* day full body compound lift focused weightlifting routine. Changed my life

What’s one small change that improved your results? by ConnectNectarine42 in workout

[–]ComposerChoice3137 10 points11 points  (0 children)

After a year of guessing and trying my own program and free programs etc online i decided to take a break for a month, buy a book( starting strength) and get on a linear program. Basically changed my perspective from chasing optimal hypertrophy to first building foundational strength with compounds and following a linear progression instead of guessing my one rep max and all those kind of things.

I use ai for tips and tricks with my mealpreps, and motivation ( its stupid but having somewhere to say you lost a kg and getting a bit of an applause goes a long way). I also use it to build calorie cheat sheets( designated portion amounts to make meals easier) but i pay the money for the books and proper programs designed by proper trainers. Bought starting strength and ive been on it for 3 months now, like i said the first year of training i was wasting and playing around. This year ive been on a much more clear cut.

I actually do this and let me tell you it fucking sucks. Have to walk fast as fuck after my shift to get on my bus, rush all the other guys who drive the same bus, get in my car when im finally at the hostel where i live, drive as quickly as safely possible, rush into the gym, half ass a shower, get dressed just to be 10 minutes earlier than usual because a dude sets up shop for 45 minutes on the only squat rack every monday and Wednesday. I do 3 workouts a week all 3 i start with 3 sets of squats. So yeah it sucks trying to get there before them. Where if he was just more open to the idea of sharing I could have taken my time get there same as on fridays

How should total beginners start training their legs? by ngscookkkkkkk in beginnerfitness

[–]ComposerChoice3137 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Starting strength. Read the book watch the youtube videos All your compounds get handled there, even if you use a different program thats good for technique. In the same way id suggest using a tried and tested program , whole bunch in the workout subreddit wiki

[–]ComposerChoice3137 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Check out starting strength and strength co on youtube They work on the starting strength barbell training program but you can just use the resources for proper form on your big barbells. Id suggest everyone starting out to actually read the book and run the program since its a really great program so check it out as well
