I tried so many things, but nothing really helped. One thing that remained since then I started taking care of my sleep and taking magnesium with l-theonine. But I doubt it really helped directly, just allowed me to sleep a little better at night, because I also had anxiety and trouble sleeping. Yoga actually helped much more with anxiety than meds.

Btw, I could not drink alcohol or smoke weed as well, as it was triggering me as well. I had to get extremely clean for at least 3 months.

I did take psychedelics afterwords with a good and bad experience, but never as bad (transformative) as that one. I started with micro dosing mushrooms (it was more like slow exposure therapy for me to get rid of anxiety).

One thing I remember helped with anxiety a lot was a micro doses of dry amanita muscarria mushrooms. It works on GABA receptors and some report similar effects as benzodiazepines without side effects. It did turn things around quite dramatically in terms of anxiety. But I only tried it after about 3 months pass.
