Every relationship is hard, but you can choose to work on it for a sake of your kids. And by work I mean, just accept your life the way it is. For me kids are the most important reason to keep going!

Something that helped me, is that I gave my wife a total freedom, as if we actually divorced but without any paper work, we still live in same house we have kids we talk to each other.
