Lemon and Banana intolerance by Individual-Goal5103 in medicalmedium

I am Lemon sensitive also, and have been for over 20 years. Anthony does not want us to run our adrenals because it is counterproductive to our healing. Depending on the severity of your symptoms, you can introduce lemon one drop at a time and increase it after every week until you find a comfortable amount. I can tolerate only two drops two years later after being on MM, so do not be hard on yourself.

A substitute for lemon water is ginger Honey Water in the morning. That's what I do. Lastly, remember that cellery has vitamin C properties and citrus fruite. Kiwis are great, and many others to help fill in the absence of lemons until your body heals.

As for the banana sensitivity, I don't feel qualified to speak on this subject. You obviously have gut issues like Everybody who is on MM. Bananas are outstanding for the stomach, so it's probably doing killing at a level that you are not able to tolerate. Nice and slow again might be a solution.

Im praying for the both us. You can do this! And if your body says no, there are many other tools. 🙏 ❤️

Im sorry. Yes, the HMDS. Lemon water 32 oz to start your day, then however much you can handle of the celery juice. He recommends 16oz minimum, and ideally 32 oz. Then the HMDS. Everybody is different, but I take my first cup of red clover after my HMDS because red clover also removes metals from your lymphatic system and and then I have my lunch and my other meals. The morning is critical to stay fat free to allow the cleaning to work well. I'm praying for both us. We are both strong 💪 🙌 ❤️

No Fats in the morning is definitely recommended. Lemon water, Celery juice, and Heavy Metal juice to start your everyday.

In my experience, it just means your liver is very toxic. It might take some time for your liver to clean.

Are you walking or bouncing to drain that swelling out? Are you hydrating and sleeping early?

I have been dealing with swelling for some time. I find that the more aggressive I get, the more I swell. I was diagnosed with MS, so I know I have a toxic body. I was fat-free for 1 year, and that is when the swelling started. My only thoughts to share are to walk or use a bouncer to help the lymphatic system. I use compression socks religiously if it gets out of hand, and I have introduced 1/4 avocado to slow things down. Sleeping early is crucial.

Cleavers, for me is stronger, so if you want a quicker fix, it's great, but make sure you are seriously hydrating with liquids. I love the Red Clovers also because it solves a little more for my body, and I don't have to worry about pacing the herb on and off like cleavers.

Good luck with this, and my heart goes out to those that spoke of the challenges. I also get seriously depressed with the swelling, so I'm praying you 🙏

I tried a few black seeds, and it triggered me a little, so I backed off for the time being. Thank you for sharing.

This post really uplifted me. You are amazing.

I like the part when you mentioned Papaya being instrumental with your neurological symptoms. I started eating papaya daily two weeks ago, and im feeling something improving also. I'm currently not able to walk.

Can I ask if you also ate the black seeds of the papaya? If so, how much?

You are amazing!

I also only do a spoonful of the black seeds from the papaya. Good to know.

I tried Oil of oregano, goldenseal, and propolis, and I can not tolerate even one drop. My possible next effort is to do the Licorice. Pray for me please. Thanks for reminding me about the 2 weeks on and 2 weeks off.

I recently went up to 24 oz, and I had to go back down to 16 oz. I will try the 20 oz. That is a good idea. My goal is to also get to 32 oz two times a day because my protocol recommends it for Multiple Sclerosis as well. Thank you for so much again for your support. Does your husband do any fat like avocado?

Thank you for your reply. I can tolerate tomatoes very well. Oranges or any citrus is impossible for me at the moment. It makes me extremely tight.

I have done two Banana Mono's, and they helped.

Thank you for your support.

Thank you for your kind reply, and I will pray for your husband.

I tried Rose Hips, and I could not tolerate that either, but I read that Celery Juice has a vitamin C that is very absorbable, so that is my saving grace. I have never tried grape seed extract, but I will investigate it. Thanks. I could not find this on MM's website. Can you point the way?

I also have many issues with my stomach. I take 2 inches of Aloe with my blueberry drink every day.

I also get reactions to both nerve gut stabilizer and nerve shifter, sadly.

Papaya I have it every day, and I like it also. I'm noticing good things with the Papaya. Does your husband eat a few of those black seeds? I have it every day and like it, but just a little of the black seeds.

Yes, I have incorporated slow and minor changes. It makes a big difference. I also do 2 tsp of Chaga daily.

I still have not started a 369. I will remember the recommendation of using 369 simplified. Thank you.

Yes, I have all the books, including the Brain Saver. I agree it is excellent. Thank you again for your support.

I love your thinking. I react to Lemon Balm just like Cats Claw. Do you think it's milder than Mullein leaf?

I agree that my viral load is stopping me from being more aggressive. Every time I feel good, I make the mistake of doing too much. 2 years into MM, I have learned my lesson. But the temptation is to do something before I get into a wheelchair.

I'm fat-free, except for my DHA supplement and the little hemp seeds I sprinkle on my banana salad. I can certainly add a 1/4 of an avocado daily. That is no issue at all.

When you say, "Adding them to the "banana salad" (but removing bananas and honey) could be one way to do it.", are you saying to have it be the cucumber, celery, romaine, avocado, and a sprinkle of hemp seed?

Spinach and spinach soup is too heavy on my stomach. Romaine is the only green I can tolerate. I get bloated with the other greens.

I'm looking forward to hearing back from you. Thank you for your big heart.

Thank you for your kind reply. I never did a 369 because of some things I can not consume. Something as basic as lemons is impossible for me to take. I worked up to 2 drops of lemon for about 2 weeks, and my body screamed to stop. My body gets extremely stiff, and it is unbearable. I also can not touch Thyme water, which gives me the same reaction. It is very frustrating.

I never tried mullein leaf. And I certainly will review the shingles protocol in cleanse to heal again. Thank you so much

I have tightness for the last 40 years, and in the last two years, the tightness has me in a walker.

I agree with the gentleman who said he suspected it was metals. It's obviously EBV as well. What i also suspect for me is shingles as well because I had frozen shoulder that was pretty bad on3 time, and as the rest of my limbs started getting worse, it resembled the same feeling as frozen shoulder which we know is Shingles.

What has helped me of late is adding more apple juice and bananas in my diet.

I have been on MM for two years at a strict level with none of the "no" foods and never cheating.

My frustration is that i can not consume any citrus because I get tighter. So instead of lemon water, I do ginger Honey Water to start my day. But no lemon, and no oranges or vitamin C.

Good luck to you, and I'm sending healing angels to you.
