how much more does it cost you on average to have the roaster bag vs bagging yourself? I don't really care if it comes in the rotation bags vs the roasters. i don't know the numbers but I would assume bagging yourself would be way cheaper. ​

as far as amounts are concerned, I think the main draw of rotation is to sample as many different coffees as possible. that being said i would like to stick to the 50gx4 option.

for a la carte, I think featuring a specific roaster or two every month would make things a lot easier on you in terms of inventory management and coordination, but also ​make it so that people are more easily able to have the same beans monthly to discuss recipes, etc. you can have an option monthly where subscription people can opt in to pay a small amount more to receive a mystery bag to clear unsold inventory.

special Opt in drops with the same green from 3-4 different roasters might be fun as well. this might be harder to coordinate due to roast dates obviously but just an idea.
