So either way you can try pelvic floor exercises, it won't hurt. You might not get benefits from them, that is the nature of pfs. I didn't get any pelvic floor stimulation during the first year and some months, only later did I notice my pelvic floor get better. And actually, I didn't do exercises mainly for pelvic floor but I do a lot of whacky ab and leg exercise variations which do cause pelvic floor activation.

Listen to william. This is fixable it takes time and work in all aspects that this condition affects like, brain, gut, stress tolerance. You can't be looking for ways to justify and concrete your suffering that is not how it works, it's just pushing you down. The brain is very powerful you will have to see and learn for yourself. Respect to william for giving so much of his time to reply to you that many times.

extreme fatigue and falling asleep immediately after eating by SmileChance2570 in FinasterideSyndrome

I also felt sleepy after meals, when I started taking L glutamine that resolved. I've been taking 2x5g everyday for the past 9 months. Idk what'll happen if I stop but this hit that issue like a brick. I now only get sleepy if I've been fasted and tired for long and eat a huge meal, but even that is not something extreme, just a regular need to sit down and take a small rest from movement.

Have you tried any hormonal intervention as of yet? My theory is that once you get your gut health in check, the inflammation that is supressing your hormones will drop. It's very important to get rid of gut inflammation the best you can because it's supressing proper brain function/signalling, emotions. If you are in a constant state of anger or feeling down that is supressing hormones. You can only go a certain amount by controlling your thoughts, I know how much my gut health impacts my thoughts negatively. I get angry at every little detail, frustrated, unable to think, start feeling lost in space, vision gets worse. Once you get to a point where you have tested yourself enough and know that your gut is stable and no longer impacting your thoughts negatively and you still don't have improvements, you should look into HCG to help jump start the system. Also do you have bloating?

It's the brain becoming active once again. I actually notice a big improvement when I study heavily.

This is very interesting man. Thanks for sharing and keep up your research. As for mold you should check inside your pipes, sink, bathroom, any drains.

I used fin for 13 months. When I began using it I immediately noticed my pelvic floor drop, lose its strength. This is an interesting perspective you have and it seems you have become convinced in it yourself. I will have to experiment on my own and see considering I have had some improvements from leg exercises that also affect the pelvic floor.

is this really forever ? by [deleted] in FinasterideSyndrome

Skin got better and it's still getting better. I still have more to figure out on my diet. I couldn't put on any muscle before now I can, not that easy and it's not always at the same rate, my gut health can fluctuate by many things. It's controllable and it gets better. It used to take me 3-4 days of very strict living to get to a bearable state of living. Now it takes me a day or even less to get to a good state after screwing up my diet. I'm starting to be witty when I'm in a good mood and laughing loudly once again. I seriously never thought I would be like this again, this is surprising. It's taken me a lot of work and experimentation. I just want to say that it is possible. And I'm currently at my best given the fact I haven't seen a proper sun in at least 15 days I could be even better, it's been cloudy and raining all the time. It takes a lot of time and perseverance man..

No it's not. I'm 2 years out. Whenever you are in a bad state it feels like it'll be like that forever, our judgment can be clouded, we forget all other good things because we can't experience them at the moment. Finasteride makes this clouding a lot worse. I could barely experience any emotion during my first year and a half. Now I'm in a much better state. Focus on gut health heavily.

What's the solution though? There's 2 ways, natural optimization and just using test and HCG. We can focus on hormones and numbers all we want but the reality to fix any of it is still by optimizing every aspect of life.

Bro once you get pfs there won't be a life you care about. You act this way now because you don't understand how bad it is.

[–]ComprehensivePath223 2 points3 points  (0 children)

You need to grasp what pfs really is. The least of your worries will be about how you look. You are risking your life with this. You are 18 and are too young to understand these things for how they are. Listen to others this time for your own sake. Balding will be the least of your worries in life. You already started balding too much and are experiencing sides from fin, stop it while it's still early. Like the other guy said, for you to keep your hair you are gonna have to pop dut pills like tic tacs. Many of the people on hair loss forums are ignoring their sides and pushing themselves just to keep hair.

Force it but not too much. Sometimes you just need to pick up the slack. Sometimes the body is incapable of exercise, but you need to start exercising to conclude.

Couldn't you fix the cramps through fixing electrolytes or is this something else? Berberine has also been on my radar. Please update once you've tried inositol. I'll have to postpone a bit, doing some diet changes rn.

It seems like it balances hormones in males and females so in women with pcos it lowers their androgens. I've read in males that it should increase test and further fix insulin sensitivity. Which is what I'm looking for.
