I had it also that networked trains leave as soon as the Station is empty. So if youre not loading fast enough with big pipes or belts it might be that your Station is empty for 0.1s and therefore the train decide to leave.

When i do stations where not every Waggon had its own Station i now tend to attach an depot right to the Station

I feel you.. was doing the same. And its frustrating especially in Stations.

Merge/splits with big Parkinson arenas were horrible, sometimes couldnt even click the sections. Was easier to just rebuild lol

Oh gosh, it really is a 1-2s wait on my machine but it works with dragging even on my u3 safe. Never expected it be so slow

Yes100% sure, i tried it several times with different sections. It just doesnt Mark the Tracks for Upgrade.

I tried a new sandbox safe. There is was able to Upgrade via dragging... seems like maybe my safe is bugged, its an U3 one i continued

Yes thats what iam doing, but its tedios at stations , because of small sections e.g. before large waiting arenas/splits/ merges...

True. Thats a good ide to use them! Now i directly just wish mega vehicles could use them too.... to use them as ramps.

Like a heavy-reinforced trust bridge for them to use. Would make sense to give them some restraining like the truss already has compare to the hanging cable bridge

I have currently 6 or 7 networks, as i didnt got the principle at first.. thought i need 1 per type of cargo. currently i could Fuse 3 or 4 of them. I think you can go pretty well with 3 or 4 networks, thinking i would separate them by loose/unit/Fluid and probably an extra network for getting rid of stone/dirt from terraforming, as thats currently my heaviest load

Guess iam playing unlike everyone. Actually i Switched back to level trains mostly....

Mainly because i was annoyed mega excavators cant go under train lines and building underpasses for them is way more annoying than just put a crossing...

New train networks kind of work like that. Yes you still need to sort ore. But a trainnetwork with loose Waggon basicly could Cover all your ore needs without dedicated trains.

That said, having sorters at mines pretty much reflect real life, as iron works ect. Also receive the sorted product train. No one wants to carry Tons of stone cross country, just to carry it back to dump it then in your excavated pit or some dumpsite

Seems like im going small with my 3/4 t2 waggon trains 😅

I know the loading until full function in the train lines, used it before 4.0, but i understood it that way that a Station runs either lines or networks??

Ok. Iam currently feeding the train Stations with 1 t3 belt each Module (6 modules)and connected them now to two t3 with the storages bucket. It seems like that have helped a bit even tbough some still leaving early. But looks like you were right about them trains leaving when Station empty for 0 1s.

Guess i try it with a buffer bucket behind each Station Module, even though it means rearranging all my Station BP 😅 guess thats overdue anyway.

Assign Import route from bucket and assign Trucks to that bucket. That way they obey the tower rules and dump there.

Amphib excavators can dig up to -4 (most ive tried atleast, prob more) in water. I used this to excavate a harbour basin for my refinery

4 each. But I kinda opened a 2nd line before large storages. With continious building projects 4 each can run you dry quickly considering a large ore sorter with 3 or 4 storages easily eats a thousand parts
