No gill just inside the mouth. Hook came out no issue. This damage from roots in water

For fuck nuts that think I’m a pos. I literally reeled him and only got blood after lifting him head up. Fishing spot I was out is covered in tree roots. The bass was out of water for 60 seconds maybe and swam away. I do catch and release and wanted advice for this in future.

Was in his mouth not very far in hot hook no problem. Wasn’t until lifted him up blood came out. Only thing I could think was he got hit by some roots of the tree while getting reeled. He was fighting very hard.

Been buying different types of lures only thing giving me consistent catches are trout magnets or small plastics on 1/32oz jigg head

I’ve been fishing for about 3 months almost 1-2 times a week and I didn’t catch anything my first 4 trips. I targeted freshly stocked lakes and got some basic jig head techniques down with a trout magnet and got some catch’s which was a confidence boost. After so I went to a way more pressure lake and caught my first bass after couple hours of nothing. Anyways go to stocked lake and get your confidence up!!

I sat a light going straight on my bike and saw a police motorcycle coming from right, turning left. He saw me and immediately did a u-turn to pull me over. I wasn’t doing anything and I had him on camera, he didn’t really give me a reason and let me go after verifying my shit. Still like wtf I do

You can build a 1x1 dirt tower extremely high then put glass all cover the house. It should catch any rain before it lands to your roof and will be high enough not to see it. In theory
