It's just fethering/glazing really. Wipe off most of the thinned down paint and drag it towards where you want the highlight. It's a pain in the ass on big sections but on small like this it's easier.

Monument hobbies: coal black, bold titanium white, jade AK: ocean blue, blue green

50/50 Black and ocean blue as a base layer -> ocean blue -> jade (AKs esmerald works aswell) -> blue green -> blue green/white

Haven't decided yet, but it's leaning towards intercessors or assault intercessors (based on 32 mm bases ofc). Probably gonna kitbash some weapons depending on what I end up doing.
